Made using a variety of pieces of fruits and vegetables like carrots, chilies, lemon and mangoes and pickled using sunflower oil, a mixture of authentic Goan pickle spices like chilies, pepper, turmeric, asaofetida, mustard seeds etc. and cured for 2-3 months.
Tastes best on a vegetable thali along with rice and daal or paratha.
