This pickle variety is made using cut lemon pieces, pickled in salt, authentic Goan spices and cured for a period of 3 months. Since the lemon pieces are cured naturally and not cooked, the pieces are very soft and tangy to taste.
Tastes best on a vegetable thali along with rice and daal or with paratha.
